A recurring schedule reserves the same weekly lesson time. Recurring billing charges the disclosed monthly plan amount. The platform records them separately so one session can be changed without erasing the whole schedule.

Yes. Choose a trial or single lesson. Weekly plans and packages are optional.

Eligibility depends on the published cancellation policy and timing. An eligible cancelled lesson creates a separate make-up credit with a teacher, duration and expiry date.

The platform must not make that claim unless the individual teacher record supports it. Verification labels distinguish identity, credentials and screening. Sample profiles are explicitly labelled.

In live mode, approved independent teachers can onboard to Stripe Connect. Eligible checkout payments can use destination charges so the platform fee and teacher amount are recorded through Stripe.

Yes. One parent account can contain multiple student profiles, schedules, progress records and receipts.

The launch package stores an online lesson link on the booking and exposes it through the portal. The administrator can use a chosen video provider; a dedicated music-video system is not falsely presented as completed.

The portal records recurring plans and cancellation requests. Timing, future billing and remaining lessons are governed by the recurring terms shown at checkout and the cancellation policy.
